I play a lot of large lobby multiplayer type games. Thanks for the quick response.. Once the screw is removed, you can just pull the drive caddy out horizontally from the PS4's body. To replace the hard drive in the PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro, you'll just need to unscrew the single screw that holds the caddy in place.
