Itwinkle wifi app download

I have been trying to figure it out for over an hour now, supper annoying, Is there a trick I am missing!? Can anyone help me!? The app was not connecting with my iPhone Kept getting error that I needed to connect to the iTwinkle WiFi.

I used an old iphone 4 that my kids were using and it worked! Try an old iPhone on a older iOS. I have 3 sets, connected to WiFi on each, one by one first then just connected to iTwinkle01 and they all worked. I do not see the general WiFi that combines all 3 anymore. Hope this helps. It should have a basic random colored lights setting. No blinking. And then if you want them to blink you should be able to easily turn that on and off- without having to change colors or screens on the app.

I've had the iTwinkle tree for 3 years now. I love it! Except now, all the vibrant color choices are nowhere to be found. What used to be a bold purple is now very pastel and almost bordering on white.

Same with red, orange, pink and dark blue. What is going on?!? When the tree is on a preset mode, like chasing, the colors are fine.
